La classificazione WHO (2001) delle malattie mieloproliferative croniche Philadelphia negative (Ph- CMPDs): criteri isto-patologici Il ruolo della biopsia osteo-midollare (BOM) nell’ambito della diagnostica delle malattie mieloproliferative croniche Philadelphia negative (Ph- CMPDs) è stato recentemente sottolineato dalla classificazione della World Health Organization (WHO),1 che ha stabilito precisi criteri istopatologici per la diagnosi della Policitemia Vera (PV), della Trombocitemia Essenziale (TE) e della Mielofibrosi Idiopatica (MF).
