Objectives: the aim of this study is to evaluate the autoimmune profile in Covid 19 positive hospitalized patients. Methodology: hospitalized patients with pharyngeal nose swab positive forSARS-CoV-2 will be assessed for nomal clinical practice and autoimmunity tests. Results: 40 Covid 19 positive hospitalized patients will be enrolled. Laboratory and autoimmunity tests will be analyzed. Particular attention will be paid to autoimmunity tests to understand if during the course of SARS-CoV-2 disease, the pathogen determines a change in the autoimmune structure. Conclusion: the analysis of the data obtained from this research will allow us to describe the autoimmunological profile of Covid-19 positive patients during disease. On the basis of the results obtained, it will be possible to evaluate the feasibility of a prospective observational study to understand if there is a correlation between the variation of the autoimmunoassay of Covid-19 positive patients and disease phases.
